I wanted take a second to officially introduce you guys to Rachel! Although you might remember her as the stylist from this or this or this — just to name a few editorials she’s collaborated with us on. We love having her pop in and out of the studio, her energy is as infectious as her curls. And now, without further ado… meet Rachel!
Where are you from / where do you live now?
Dirty Jersey/NYC/Harlem.
What do you do for work?
I play dress-up professionally.
What do you when you’re not working?
I actually just started boxing so currently working on my best Tyson impression.
Ideal Saturday?
Coffee and the New York Times crossword.
Favorite meal?
Chicken Francese at Michelangelo’s on Arthur Ave. in the Bronx. It’s the only one that’s better than my Mom’s. (Sorry Mom!)
If you could take an adventure right now, what would it be?
Roadtripping through the South West, which I am doing in March :) Currently accepting any tips, advice or sleeping bags!!!

Great post! I love the American Southwest and will actually be roadtripping that way for the third time. Some favorite spots of mine are:
-Las Cruces, NM/White Sand Dunes NP
-Marfa, TX (But don’t go on a Sunday unless there is a festival. It’s pretty dead otherwise since all the shops are closed.)
-Shiprock National Monument
-Wine country outside of Albuquerque
