Cleanse, Day 2

I survived day one!!!
Despite lack of preparation for the cleanse, my first day went well! The juices are filling (you have 6 per day) and they all taste pretty great (my favorite juice is Glow and my least favorite one is the Green Supreme–mostly because I am not the biggest fan of kale). Great taste aside, I am blaming the juices for the vivid dream I had last night where I was running through a supermarket, eating all of the free food samples…
Okay, one more day to go!

I’ve never tried a juice cleanse. I’ll be curious to hear if you feel better after you’re done. Have you done one before? Do you lose weight? (If so, I might try one!)

I’m French so I CANNOT approve this practice (WHAaaaat ? Drink juice during a week? Do you consider wine as juice? )
But I must admit that there is something heroic in your initiative.
(and the most heroic of all is that you tell everyone. Ok, once, I had to NOT EAT at all during one week, but only because my bank wasn’t my friend anymore, I had only tea and eggs left. It was very hard, and at the end of this week all my friends told me “Waoh, you look fantastic like this, what is your secret ?” Hum… A secret ? what secret ? No-no, I’m always fantastic, probably your look changed… Anyway, I never told anyone.)

Moi aussi j’ai rêvé que je mangeais pendant ma détox de 3 jours (pendant laquelle je n’ai mangé que des pommes et bu du thé ert). La dernière nuit, je rêve d’un pain au chocolat, il est sublime, le chocolat est luisant et tout à coup je sens quelque chose sous mes doigts. Magie? Le pain au chocolat s’est matérialisé sous mon oreiller? Toujours parfaitement endormie, je tente le tout pour le tout et porte à ma bouche ce que mes doigts on trouvé. Beurk! C’était ma boule Quiès!

Je crois que je n’en supporterais que 3 (Fuel, Purify, et Vanilla Cloud).
Reviens vite avec les résultats ! (peau plus belle ? Meilleure forme ? Perte de poids ? etc… )
