Describe your style in three words or phrases.
Unisex, classic, cool.
What are you wearing and how does it reflect your personal style?
All white! I basically dress myself differently everyday. It really depends on my energy on the day itself.
I think the way someone dresses says a lot about the person inside out. The outfit I am wearing here is all white and, that day, I remember feeling quite bizarre about sudden life changes. I felt like I had to cover myself in the brightness to stay open in whatever came my way.
Tell us a little bit about your music. What are you working on at the moment?
Two years ago I started writing and producing my own music. It is a project based on feelings I went through a couple of years ago–I had lost myself completely in self-reflection. It has been a journey to process these emotions, but it feels great to have the ability to express all of this in sounds, words and visuals.
What inspires your sound and what are you influenced by?
I get influenced by all different artists, but mostly I get inspired by my own feelings, people, places and things I am in touch with.
Does your work influence your personal aesthetic?
It definitely does, but also the other way around.
Tell us a little bit about your tattoos.
Oof. Let me actually check…so, right now I have 8 tattoos. I started with the first one around eight years ago. After that, I got a little addicted to putting small tattoos on my skin that have a little story to them. I love the little red heart on my left hand. I got this tattoo in the middle of the night in LA on Sunset Blvd. It reminds of a great time in LA and, in general, my love towards California life. Another one is a heartbeat on the back of my neck that reflects all the ups and downs in life. My most recent one, I did by myself with my new stick and poke tattoo kit–it’s 7 little dots from top to bottom on the back of my right ankle.
