Having a love affair with this Dries Van Noten dress. It’s too good!
The epitome of the Tribal trend: a little fringe (okay maybe a lot), beaded shells and those rich, sensuous colors all knitted into one mini. Maybe my friend Megan would lend it to me ? That’s what friends are for, no?
It’s definitely a transitional piece to wear into summer, as a dress with flats or even with wide leg pants and heels for the night! How great would it be with a turtleneck underneath for Fall?

Cette robe est MAGNIFIQUE… Les couleurs, les détails, la coupe, tout est parfait. Elle a l’air super facile et agréable à porter en plus, hop tu l’enfiles et elle fait le job toute seule!
Après, la composition laisse à penser qu’on la porterai plutôt en hiver, parce que la laine merinos c’est quand même LA matière qui tient super chaud ! Mais si à NYC il fait encore 3°C…. alors cette robe est parfaite.

I love the dress, but I have to ask: have you always used “no?” as a question tag? Wouldn’t it be more American to say “That’s what friends are for, right?” and isn’t the “no” tag from Garance from French? Either way, I like it.
I noticed that too :) I always figured Garance uses it as a shorter version of ‘non’ and it sounds very frenchy :)

C’est vrai que cette robe est belle, je me demande si ce n’est pas la plus originale vendue qui m’est été de voir (ou d’admirer). Je ne crois pas qu’elle irait à mon style (ça tombe bien, je n’ai pas les moyens), mais c’est un modèle que je verrai bien une de mes amies porter.

The dress is lovely – it would be my instant pick when shopping, no doubt. I love the tribal sort of wild, relaxed mood for summer and the playful elements of boho style. I think it’s perfect for this season.
