My Equipment!

You know how much I adore Equipment, whether it’s their amazing silk shirts, their sweaters, or their pajamas. I’m a fan. That’s why I’m super excited to show you this collaboration. I illustrated a shirt and some scarves for them that, really, I absolutely love.
I’m also super excited because I’ve had the actual products on hand for the last few weeks and I still can’t get over their quality. The scarves are made in a sublime, heavy silk, and I wear the black one every which way — in my hair, around my neck, etc…
When people ask me what I like about putting my illustrations on a piece of clothing, I always answer that the idea of passing someone in the street wearing something with my designs on it would make me very happy.
Like a little wink from life, I’ll probably end up going to say hello to a girl who’s wearing one of my shirts!
So to present this collection, I imagined seeing different girls pass by me, each one wearing something from the collection with a style that is really suited to them. These girls aren’t exactly strangers, but you get the idea… :)

cette collection est vraiment magnifique ! tout me plait et j’aurais vraiment aimé acheter la chemise, tellement belle… malheureusement, avec les taxes sur le site US d’Equipment, elle revient à presque 500€… dommage (pour moi)…

Oh mon dieu, la chemise est sublime! Je l’aurais bien achetée, mais c’est pas dans mon budget d’étudiante (snif). Et les foulards, ça ne pouvait pas plus te correspondre comme collaboration. So Garance. ;) Le styling des photos est trop cool comme d’hab. J’adore quand vous montrez plusieurs façon de porter un vêtement sur des filles avec des styles et personnalités complètement différentes. Love!

C’est beau mais seulement dispo aux USA? Trop cher et trop compliqué avec les taxes…La collection sera t elle mise en vente en Europe? Pleeaaasse?:)
Est ce que quelqu’un sait où sont fabriquées les chemises Equipment ? Je les trouve magnifique mais je ne peux que les commander par internet d’où je me trouve et impossible d’avoir cette information en ligne. C’est important pour choisir des vêtements de vérifier son impact sur le reste du monde ;)
Alors quelqu’un vient me dire ?
