Pajama Party
8 years ago by The Atelier
I still feel a bit cheeky when I wear pajamas in public, like mom let me wear my PJs to school.
Well, these super luxe PJs from Olivia von Halle are slightly different from the ill-fitted cotton set I had when I was 7, and more than acceptable to wear in public. I’m pretty obsessed. What do you think about PJs in public? Is it a yay or nay?

Love the printed ones, because they don’t really look like typical PJs. But I like the idea of wearing Pajamas in public, if the rest is styled the opposite: high heels, etc…

Love these silk pajamas!
I think it was 3 ago that we started seeing Pajamas in Fashion shows like Prada…and now it’s all over…it’s amazing how we find it “normal” after our eyes got use to see it…we don’t question our self anymore….it can be sometimes dangerous:)
but at the same time fashion is fun and it should always be like that…

Merci Garance!!!!
It must be an american thing, I haven’t seen pyjamas in public here in Europe on anyone that was older than 6. In India though I have seen women wearing voluminous ruffled nightgowns as loungewear, even wearing them out to stores or for leisurely strolls.
Love the prints and would totally wear the top over jeans.

Ummm…Nay!!!!! There has to be a line drawn somewhere. I mean come on, how casual can we get people. From bed to street. I don’t care how stylish the pyjama’s.
Ummm…no.
I actually do not like pajamas at all! Not even in bed. :)
I don’t know why.
Those pjs are perfect! Not sure I’d wear them in public though x

it is a nice idea !!http://intelligently-sexy.centerblog.net

Nice ;)
$500 pajamas? Sleep naked! It’s free. As for wearing these as clothes, I’d wear either just the top or the bottom paired with something else. Head to toe pajama sends the message: I’m either really on or really off my meds.
Who doesn’t love pajamas?

I love silk pjs! The prints are exquisite!
Wearing just a pajama top and skinny jeans or cigarette pants is sexy since it feels a little wrong. It feels as if you left the house without fully getting dressed. Rebellious to those who are sartorially shy.
How does anybody afford $525 pjs?
Hi Patricia!
Good question! The market crush features items we’re completely drooling over, even though we might not be able to run out and buy them :) x Natalie
I love these pyjamas but I don’t think I would wear them in the street. I have seen photos of people wearing it in places like New York but I have yet to see anyone in Toronto wearing the look.
