Among the bangles, cuffs, and charms, on the wrists of me and many other long haired individuals, you’ll often find a bland, elastic hair tie. Personally, having a hair tie at all times is essential, although I have always loathed the look of the uninteresting elastic band.
With this dilemma in mind, fine jeweler, Deborah Pagani, has introduced a new collection of hair accessories, Hair Objet. My favorite from the collection is the basic hair tie with a modern, luxurious twist. By using yellow gold, rose gold, white gold, or gunmetal detailing, the accessory is functional enough to be worn as a hair elastic yet chic enough to double as a bracelet.
