The Missing Pants

What’s going on with the lack of pants on the fall runway?
You know those things that cover your legs? I’m not sure how my legs will survive next winter. Pants are my answer to getting dressed nearly everyday. Jeans, trousers, tapered, wide leg, cropped, leather, tailored… where are you?
How can we possibly wear exclusively long flowing dresses and skirts? Does this mean I’ll have to shave everyday in the winter too (because you know what, tights are also missing)?!
Pants, come back. I can’t live without you.

I’ll never betray my jeans in winter time. No way. No matter what will be ‘fashionable’.
But I don’t mind some leg exposing in September, for example, when every girs feels her best after summer of swimming and eating fruits.

C’est absurde sens pantalons, avec le pieds nues…oh, il fait froid d’hiver! et le printemps aussi! et l’automne!Je veux chaleure partout! Et je vous le dis par Bari!Il fait froid!
C’est depuis des années mon problème: les defilés automne/hiver, tu vois, te proposent des belles robes, jupes etc. avec les jambes nues.. ça donne superbien.. (comme dans un post precedent ici: les leggings en cuir en dessous d’une jupe – l’idée pour avoir chaud – mais avec les pieds nus dans les chaussures!) après dans la vie faut ajouter des collants et compagnie pour ne pas mourir de froid et l’effet est tout différent.. nettement moins stylé

I live in a tropical climate year long. Needless to say that I can wear skirt and flowy dress all year long if I want to. But I do agree that no matter what fashion rules are, Un hiver sans pantalon ou collant, c’est bien dingue!
