I have more than once said that if I ever get married, I want to register for an entire wheel of parmesan. Seems like a no brainer to me. My love of the cheese plate runs deep and I’ve dabbled with the idea it could be my last meal, but that’s an entirely different post.
In the world of social media, 2017 really felt like the year of the cheese plate to me, a trend that might sadly die out. Thankfully, @thatcheeseplate is keeping my culinary and potential hostess with the mostess dreams alive with it’s endless supply of original and borrowed images of cheese plates. Drooling right now !!! *_* Well not really but…bring me any plate with roquefort, camembert, São Jorge Cheese ( From Azores , Portugal ), Flamengo…anything,even those triangles of La vache qui rit and it’s gone ! Yeah , i guess you can say that i’m a cheesse kinda guy!!!
