Obsession indeed.
While I don’t think our boyfriends should necessarily get behind the 40s style wide pleat pant at Calvin Klein, I do think these are the best logo driven sweatshirts for men in some time, not to mention the monochromatic color dressing.
I wouldn’t mind being caught sneaking out of the house in one of these sweatshirts…

And I expect that those sweatshirts would look a lot cuter on you — as would the pleated pants! This look on the men doesn’t work for me at all. Give me a guy in a well-fitting sweater and jeans any day!

I really get what they were going for and love the idea of the branded sweatshirts and monochrome outfits but the execution of this could have been much better. It comes across as unshapely and not very flattering, to be honest. And something about the shoulders is just off.
Just my opinion anyway, however. Shapes in womenswear always seem to be changing (skinny leg, wide leg, flare for example) and the fit on men has been leaning toward the very slim lately. Maybe things are just changing…
That’s funny–I’ve never been a fan of logo-covered anything. But the pleats in the pants are fun and different.
Those sweaters would be perfect to wear everyday for that boyfriend look. Obsession indeed….

I think the entire ensemble, especially on each end, is spectacular, handsome, fresh and unexpected. The somewhat matching gloves complete it. I’m tired of skinny. Thanks for the post!
