Let's Talk About

California Dreamin’

California Dreamin’

I have never been to California. That is, despite, the fact that I have genuinely always longed for that laid back golden state lifestyle. Unfortunately, I think the idea to go got lost somewhere between my dad’s improbable fear that the state will break off and dissolve into the Pacific abyss and my mom’s more probable worry that I will go and never return…

The free spirited, la bohème state of mind calls to me from time to time (especially now that G has made the move!) which is why I have fallen completely in love with Warm – a resident New York City boutique that serves as a sanctuary for the bohemian urbanite, as well as a thoughtfully designed ready-to-wear collection, which is recognized by Vogue and beachcombers alike. It’s cozy, free flowing fabrics and silhouettes, complemented by romanticized color schemes and prints exude the warm breeze of an endless, sun-kissed summer – something the Hawaii native owners and couple, Winnie Beattie and Rob Magnotta, know plenty about (a beautiful couple with a beautiful business minded vision! Love, love, love). To be honest, I could go on for days about how much I admire this brand, the store, their message, all of it! So, please, check it out and let me know if you feel the love as much as I do. Enjoy!
