Byredo Hand Scrub

I’ve always had an obsession with hand scrubs and body scrubs, but never actually owned my own bottle/tube/tub of them. There is a Sabon in soho that so conveniently sits on the same block as my favorite sushi restaurant, and every time I would stroll by on my walk home – I would find myself dropping in and selfishly using their oversized sink and a dollop of their lavender body scrub on my hands – which works WONDERS…
Recently, Nat received a package from BYREDO which included a “Gommage Pour Les Mains” aka a hand scrub, and so kindly offered it to me :)
This hand scrub is in the Vetyver scent – which has notes of jasmine, violet & pomelo – and it is literally life changing. Not only does it scrub your hands of all imperfections and dead skin, but it leaves them feeling cleansed, hydrated and soft as a baby’s bottom. If you’re looking for a little bit of love for your hands & willing to splurge on a beauty must-have, this might be the one.
For a very tiny cost you may also try sugar powder+your favourite hand cream or sugar+vegetal oil on wet hands (helps soften the dead skin). Scrub gently for 2-3 min both top hands and palms, plus fingernails, before adding a drop of washing gel. Rinse. Job wonderfully done :)
It’s perfect after washing dishes or gardening when you’ve forgotten your gloves – I always do – as it repairs perfectly the damages…
