Summer is upon us and so are woven bags.
Have you noticed? They’re everywhere in just about every fabrication. Our favorite might have to be from Truss – a small brand working with even smaller business owners and weavers in the Oaxaca region to produce these beautiful bags!

ça, c’est exactement ce que j’aime dans ce site (et que je viens y chercher) : le souffle de grâce Simple et imparable. Cet ensemble formé par le bracelet, la jupe, le sac et les ballerines jaunes (couleur que j’adore pour des chaussures, surtout avec du noir et blanc ou du gris), c’est juste parfait !

C’est vraiment l’été chez vous, parce qu’à Paris les soldes débutent mercredi et tout le monde n’a qu’une envie : se jeter sur des vêtements d’automne à cause du temps actuel : pluie, pluie, pluie, pluie… on attend toujours l’été donc il ne nous reste qu’à nous consoler en regardant vos photos ;)

Not to detract from Truss, but – the same style of bag can be had for a fraction of the cost at Spiralspiral on Etsy, in a variety of colors and sizes, starting at $35 for a shoulder tote … for those of us who love a great deal! I found mine at a cute little boutique on Magazine here in New Orleans for the same price. Happy shopping!
