During their recent trip to Paris, the team visited Bones, a small and beautifully pared back restaurant that sits unmarked in the 11th arrondissement. Run by Australian chef James Henry, the unique interiors, from the lipstick marks that trail the bathroom wall to the mosaic-style tiling, complement the distinctive approach to food…
Their philosophy is that, if you are going to eat an animal you should eat every part of it — and the inventive cuisine changes every week, with a new menu designed.

I love the dining room, especially the chairs! The lipstick marks in the bathroom are great too.
So elegant and rustic at the same time. That’s a look I’d like to acheive at my place as well as with my meals. When in Paris, I know where I’m a goin’.
