Ballet Biographies

I LOVE the ballet. Pretty much everything about it as an art form.
I grew up dancing so there has always been a special place in my heart for anything to do with it, really. And while this bag can’t get on on stage and pirouette its way into a fouette, it can keep all my necessary essentials in order while I attend the ballet. There is something so irrevocably charming about Olympia Le-Tan’s bags – they’ve kind of become a classic for the entirely feminine bookworm.
You have to put The Girl in the Spider’s Web ( did I mention I also have a penchant for intense crime dramas??) down at some point – and what could be more perfect than a clutch that looks like you’ve been in the library all day?
Bag, Olympia Le-Tan.
Have you seen that new tv series about ballerinas yet? I think it’s called Flesh and Bone. I’ve been meaning to check it out!

Did you read the biography of Alicia Markova? Really fascinating what she went through as a British girl in the Ballet Russe.
