When it comes to accessories, I’m pretty good at shoes, okay at bags and terrible when it comes to jewelry. I couldn’t stack bracelets to save my life, I will lose at least one knuckle ring everytime I put one on and I wear a necklace about twice a year. I’ve decided it is time to improve my bling wearing skills, starting with earrings.
I think that earrings are the easiest piece to wear, which might be because everytime I wear a pair, my hair covers them up so there is no chance of me screwing it up. Come on Alex! Get your s#&! together!
The earrings on our radar at the Studio right now are begging to be seen, heck, to be shown off in all of their shiny, furry, sparkly glory.
I asked Sheridan to come to the Studio and help me come up with three ways to show off the earrings that we are loving right now. My favorite? The Fendi earring paired with that sleek side part and straight hair. I’m doing it.

C’est marrant, moi ce sont les bagues et les colliers qui me posent le moins de problème….
Pourtant j’adore les B.O mais ce ne sont pas les bijoux qui m’attirent en premier lieu.
Quand aux bracelets, j’adore ça, mais ayant des poignets minuscules, je dois ruser pour qu’ils tiennent un minima. Résultat : je m’en fabrique moi-même ;-)

Je ne comprends pas très bien quelle est la longueur de ses cheveux? J’adore sa couette sur la dernière photo, c’est fabuleux!
Mes préférées sont les Brutus sans hésitation. Les “duveteuses” sont superbe avec cette coiffure, sur cette photo. Ca me fait plus penser à de l’art qu’à quelque chose qu’on pourrait porter dans la vie de tous les jours. J’aime beaucoup les bijoux, mais j’aime aussi en porter très peu, voir juste une bague et de très fins, pour ce côté minimaliste qui me plait.

I kind of promised myself to not buy those trendy things that I will wear 5 times max. But that Fendi earring is sooooo tempting. Luckily I also don’t wear jewellery too often (call me lazy) but now that I have short hair I really could dream of that one! <3

It’s pronounced “Brutus” and written as the original Latin form where “v” is “u”. The designer called her brand “Brvtvs” as she liked the irony of having her first original jewelry pieces being friendship bands, juxtaposed against Brutus, who was anything but a friend.
Les Fendi sont juste absolument géniales, et sur une chemise si simple c’est encore mieux! Les Givenchy sont vraiment cool aussi, je crois que je vais craquer… :D

I totally get earrings…cool haircut/color + earrings! I find necklaces, bracelets and rings mysterious…they just seem to get in my way and “whack” on things.
I could use a bling lesson as well.
