Women I Love

Everyone in the studio is always poking fun at me because I have a habit of loving everyone. I get borderline too excited about people we feature, about people we talk about, and about people I see on the Internet. This week, the people I love happen to be 3 wonderful (and all hilarious) women. A roundup, below.
1. Kelly Oxford – Truth be told, I’ve admired Kelly Oxford and her outspoken humor, writing, and opinions for quite some time now (if you haven’t read her book Everything is Perfect When You’re a Liar or her Twitter feed, please do so now). So I was happy to read this New York Times article that gave a closer glimpse into her personal experiences, struggles, and explorations. Needless to say, I’m really excited for her next book.
2. Kate McKinnon / as Hillary Clinton – This video may in fact be the only thing better than the ACTUAL scene from Love Actually. Seriously, so funny – also so sad because it’s so true. I’m crying in both a good and a bad way. Love a woman with a sense of humor and a knack for impressions.
3. Tracee Ellis Ross – There’s something so inspiring about a woman whose not afraid to embrace her sense of humor (and every other emotion). Which is why I love Tracee Ellis Ross. And her Instagram account.
