I am a sucker for anything with the word “elixir” on the label, I love a face spray that picks me up. But I’ve grown a bit bored of the endless options of rose water and have been looking for something a little more thought out and interesting, which is what I found in Whal Myung’s Skin Elixir, which dates back to 1897 as the “life saving water.” Does Korean beauty ever let you down?? It’s packed with natural herbs that are meant to calm, nourish, hydrate, and protect skin from pollutants, which is exactly what I need in the often less-than-clean NYC. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now and am loving how it’s making my skin look and feel.

Yes! I typically use this in the morning and apply a light moisturizer so my skin doesn’t get too shiny.
