We couldn’t let January pass us by without a little Self-Discovery inspired playlist! I mean, after all, what is music if not a channel for our thoughts and feelings about ourselves? Have you ever felt like a song was a gateway to a new understanding of yourself? It may sound a little melodramatic, but I guarantee we’ve all been there. So, I asked the rest of the team to send me a few songs that have been present along their own self-discovery journeys. This could mean anything from the emo songs of our teen years when we felt “misunderstood,” to the chill tunes we play now when we’re itching for a meditative moment.
