Love Is In The Hair

The hair at Valentino was so romantic.
I loved the delicate braid pinned back – such a subtle but beautiful detail! Sometimes I do this, merging two plaits from each side into one, but I really like the whimsy of a more delicate braid. How low it sits, allowing slight waves to fall over on the side is something entirely different too – and a style I can’t wait to try.
It’s the perfect compromise between leaving your hair down and keeping it out of your eyes, don’t you think? This is definitely my favorite braid of fashion week, and of the moment…

Definitely cute, and something I could do for my own hair, if only I was patient enough to do a braid. Forgive e father for I have sinned – I didn’t even comb my hair this morning(and I AM out in public).
