Haus Apéritif

Haus Apéritif

As summer comes to a close, we’re looking for new flavors to spice up our evenings. We think Haus, the new California-based all-natural aperitif label, has the answer.

Their first flavor–Citrus Flower–is a light, breezy liqueur, full of specially selected ingredients from the Haus farm in Sonoma, California. Elderflower, grapefruit, chardonnay grapes and cinnamon contribute to its unique flavor, and a lower sugar content than other liquors reduces the chances of a pesky hangover. Better still, Haus has just a third of the alcohol content of most liquors, making it the perfect accompaniment to a Thursday night dinner with friends or a Saturday evening triple.

Our favorite thing about Haus is the brand’s dedication to social ritual. We’ll take any excuse to catch up with loved ones or sit outside and take in the changing leaves with a glass of something delicious in our hands.

And now, Haus is launching a new whisky-inspired apéritif flavor, called Bitter Clove! With rich notes of cinnamon and ginger, this might just be our new Fall drink. Pre-order your bottle(s!) of Bitter Clove now and they’ll be available October 15th!
