There’s no shame in a beautiful beauty product.
I am all about a white, minimal bathroom design (who’s with me?), so I’m always drawn to beauty products that have a similar look. Of course they have to work, but there something nice about not feeling cluttered with labels and crazy colors when you’re just waking up… (I’m not one to LOVE a bright orange and hot pink floral design staring at me while I brush my teeth, still trying to open my eyes.) So I was instantly drawn to this new beauty brand, Context, which is about as hyper minimal when it comes to design as you can get.
But the one thing I noticed right away is that they actually make the products so they work well on both women and men, so if you happen to have a boyfriend like mine who loves to share (steal?) your facial cleanser then bingo! This is kind of the easy solution to not having to have two sets of skincare products, too… Super minimalist.
And the products feel amazing on skin (even Erik said it felt like silk on his skin!)(see, we tested this out on womenand men!) and don’t irritate.
Do you sometimes just love the look of a product? Does that ever make you more likely to use it?

I like that it can work for varying skin types. That’s a bonus. The minimal packaging is nice, but I kind of feel like it’s missing something. :]

I’m also a fan of the minimalist beauty product look, and just pretty packaging in general. Unless something comes highly recommended from a friend, if it’s in an ugly package, I’m probably not going to buy it.

Nice finds! I’m all about minimal packaging too.
As I hate having big bottles of all different colours in my shower/bathroom I usually decant shower gel/ shampoo/ conditioner into clear plastic smaller bottles or I just refill particularly attractive ones (I have a chocolate brown one which matches my coffee & cream color scheme!) too. Makes me happy……..!
I love beauty products and always pay attention to packaging but I am your exact opposite. I am in for a mess of different colours, shapes and sizes all over the basin. I think it gives me the impression that I am doing good things for my skin, however irrational that can be :-)
