Talk about a TBT. Chanel is #tbting all the way back to 80’s.
Chanel is re-releasing three red nail polishes (or should I says le vernis?) from the 80’s. 1980, 1981 and 1987 to be specific.
Rouge Flamboyant 38 is an orange-y pop of colour I’m pretty sure my mom wore with permed hair. I’m going for Laque Rouge 71, it’s a deeper, more classic red that even 30 years from now I’ll be happy to see on my nails.
Did I mention they were limited edition? They’re LIMITED edition!! Run!!
Available at Chanel beauty counters from November 3rd.

Une série limitée de rouge? Mais des rouges il y en a PARTOUT donc même si c’est limité c’est franchement pas grave (puis les chanel tiennent mal, si en plus c’est une version des années 80…)

I love the colors of Chanel polishes but the thin brushes drive me mad. Dior has lovely wide brushes that are much easier to use.

Red nail polish, red lipstick and bob haircuts have something in common in that they never really go out of style.
Chanel polish is the absolute best! I have been wearing Rouge Noir for many years and it remains one of my favorite colors. Might be time to add a classic red to the rotation now… Thanks for sharing!

If only Chanel polish didn’t chip! The colours are gorgeous, but it lasts 2 days max before chipping.

C’est lequel la ré-édition de 1981? Il me le faudrait, ce serait symbolique, c’est mon année de naissance !
