Casual Friday

Friday comes but once a week and, to rejoice in it almost being the weekend, there’s this little thing called casual Fridays.
A day when jeans are OK at the office, and you can have a little extra fun with your footwear – like say, Annina’s mules with pom poms that make her feet flirt down the sidewalk. But, really, she still looks so chic – for a work meeting and drinks later. Margarita anyone?!

It’s not the Jeans it’s the attitude..this one looks to me very elegant and can work for work if we add a Jacket …

My casual Friday look, when jeans were allowed, was dark denim a tee and a blazer, maybe boots or a fun heel.

I would add a blazer, light linen in the summer, of course! Love jeans and pumps.

It’s a beautiful, beautiful outfit! I have my own business, so I have casual Mondays, Tuesdays, etc. and I dress up for formal meetings only or if I feel like it :) If it’s not baking hot (like at the present) I wear jeans quite often, pairing them with a shirt or a nice top. Sometimes, if I don’t have meetings at all, I wear sandals or sport shoes, sometimes I wear nice flats. If It’s a bit chilly, I add a blazer or a silk scarf.
Love it! It’s casual, sure, but still very feminine and elegant, looks great.
Truthfully? She looks French-cool. But in NY in August, she would be roasting!
not a fan of jeans ….the cuff…to much….need a stronger shoe…she appears short…wrong proportions for her
I used to love casual Fridays because I could wear separates instead of formal suits. Now that I’ve got my own practice I completely forgot about that! I must implement it again :)

Une jolie casual tenue pour des fridays plus fraîches qu’en ce moment – mais nous avons encore ce genre de mules dans nos placards qui sont tout sauf pratiques, avec ou sans pompons…
Avec 35 à l’ombre notre casual friday ne ressemble certainement pas à ça ! :D

I’m a banker, and jeans are forbidden even for a casual friday ( venderdi magnifique as they say in madagascar)
