I have a very soft spot for white, you probably know it – it kind of brightens up my day. Last week before the Valentino show, it was snowing, and for some reason it made me want to go all winter white.
Or maybe I had been inspired by the invitation, all white…
Then I got to the show and the whole room was white… white benches, white walls, a white carpet runway. It was almost like I had worn camouflage to a fashion show (which is not such a bad thing!)! I just blended in. But, Valentino and I think alike — the whole collection was white, too.

Cette collection était comme toujours onirique, magique, magnifique (j’ai l’impression d’être Jean-Marc Généreux à faire des rimes, mais je ne fais pas exprès!).
En revanche j’ai du mal avec le blanc en hiver, toujours peur de salir ou de passer à côté du truc.

I love this collection because yes, I love white on white too, but more because it was like a collection of beautiful ethereal angels. The romance and femininity of the clothing was delicious. It made me feel like this is what it must be like to go to heaven.

J’aime beaucoup cette collection de la maison Valentino! Le blanc est intemporel, et il me semble qu’on ne peut pas se tromper avec un défilé entier dédié au blanc…Les photos sont splendides et me rappellent que je devrais me pencher plus sur les défilés aha!
