We met up with Stephanie during NYFW – a striking stylist and creative consultant from Denmark, the land of great beauty! All that to say what really caught my attention was her vibrantly colorful style. She’s got that perfect mix of put-together cool girl, without looking like she tried. So happy to introduce you to Stephanie!
Describe your style in three words.
Classic, casual, unpredictable.
What is your ideal outfit to wear everyday, your uniform?
I wear vintage Levi’s jeans 5 days a week. I’d pair them up with a cashmere sweater for work and a ruffled shirt and big earrings going out.
You’re always traveling. How does your wardrobe showcase international style influences?
I get very inspired when I travel and of course it affects what I wear. In Paris I always feel like wearing black clothes and red lips and in New York I’m more laid back and sporty.
Any styling advice for people who have a hard time dressing for their extra tall frame?
It’s all about emphasizing your long legs. Jeans, cigarette pants, high waisted skirts – it all looks fabulous on girls with long legs. Also don’t be afraid of wearing heels – a tall woman in heels appears confident and sexy. And most importantly – throw your shoulders back and stand up straight.
