In the madness that is Fashion Week, it’s sometimes hard to spot the girls who are working really hard and looking really good doing it … naturally. That’s why Claire stands out to us – there’s just something about her, she’s making every look her own without the help of a full ensemble straight from the runway.
Plus she’s a brilliant writer in Germany for ZEIT, has a real way of incorporating vintage pieces into her wardrobe that feel brand-new again, and knows how to make a turtleneck work for any outfit.

Par contre, vous savez ce que ça veut dire “elle est fraiche” en argot d’ado du Sud de la France en ce moment ? Le sens de son utilisation est en train d’évoluer et vous ferait un peu rougir, surtout suivi de “elle donne envie” ! :D

No. She should just keep it elegant like she is doing. there is nothing youthful or strong about teeny purses, stupid on the outside zippers, or anything else that comes from the runway for the fashion crowd. She shouldn’t change anything, but keep going looking fresh and cool with her perfect free of clutter look.

As a girl from the West Coast, seeing a woman styled in jeans & a rain-esque jacket and looking so fabulous, was just what I wanted to see! It’s sometimes alienating to see amazing styling for L.A & NYC etc ladies, that just don’t have to deal with the practicality of the biggest downer ever: RAIN.
