It’s vacation time!!! I managed to pack a super light bag (22.3 kg — I’m writing you from the airport where they just weighed my suitcase) in hopes of bringing back 2 million things from Mykonos.
I love feather-light summer clothes — like this Lemlem poncho, for example. It’s lightweight, sensual, and you can wash it and dry it in two seconds. Perfect for avoiding a suitcase that weighs a ton.

Oh Mykonos, j’en viens!! Du San giorgio!! Si tu veux des adresses, j’ai ramené des médailles anciennes qu’un gentil bijoutier m’a monté sur bracelet et collier, c’est facile a trouver il fait aussi des instruments de musique, et aussi des jolis paréo dans une autre boutique de Chora, et aussi du thé…

22.3 kg is super light??? You’re joking right? That’s my suitcase after a 3 week shopping trip to NYC.
I just came back from a week in Greece and my bag weighed 11 kg. Now that’s traveling light! And I had a fresh outfit for every day ;-)

La Grèce et les diverses îles qui l’entourent sont une destination sublime… (Rien que ça, oui, profitons à leur juste valeur des beautés de la nature). Mykonos est une île vraiment belle mais… choisir d’y aller au mois de juillet ou août, à moins que tu sois fana du tourisme offensif… horreur. J’espère toutefois que tu seras dans un des derniers endroits reculés, à l’abri pour pouvoir profiter tranquille loin d’une agitation qui n’est pas toujours agréable (je suis la première à adorer faire la fête, j’ai 24 ans, je précise, mais pour bien connaître le coin, je maintiens, l’été c’est rude).
De bien jolies vacances à toi, qui se poursuivent ailleurs en Méditerranée si j’ai bien compris !

Hello Garance… I am so happy for you that you are visiting Mykonos!
If you do have time I recommend that you visit Kiki”s tavern at Agios Sostis.
Its great for a swim – the beach under the tavern is small and quiet. And the food at the tavern
is simply delicious and fresh!!!
Also do visit Hippie Fish restaurant at Agios Ioannis for the sunset!!!

Great Lemlem poncho.I agree, why take up space in your suitcase when you know you’ll want to buy things at your destination. I always end up not wearing everything in my suitcase anyway. This year when I went to Singapore and Malaysia I brought very minimal things and I wasn’t disappointed! Then I had space for shopping!

Vu que moi j’ai fait aujourd’hui ma valise,j’ai eu la meme trouvaille-ne prendre que des vetements légères,mais par contre les cosmétiques-combien ca pèse-tout les type de crémes-jour,nuit,yeux,uv protéction,après plage,anticellulite,etc etc masque exfoliant,masque hydratant,huile de monoi…………………….

PS: au passage à Ibiza (moda Ibiza Locomia, disco Ibiza Locomia pour entrer en ambiance :))), ça peut faire un peu trop d’îles,… mais si vous avez le temps, c’est joli passer une journée également pour visiter Formentera !

les deux seuls endroits a ne pas louper a myknos sont: Caprice au coucherdu soleil pour l’apero et KiKi’s Tavern….enjoy pour moi les cyclades sont tellement magiques!
