Something About Staud
8 years ago by
If you’re of the mindset that customizable is king, you might want to get yourself acquainted with Staud…
It’s the brainchild of Sarah Staudinger, former fashion director at Reformation, and is premised on the idea of making alteration dreams come true. In the best way, it also makes what feels like a tailor-made item more affordable. Items on the site come with color and size options, like most other retailers, but they also let you choose from a variety of hemlines, sleeve lengths, hardware, and fabrics. Love that dress but wish it was a little longer? Done. Wish that top came with a cap sleeve instead? Easy.
The line really focused on classic silhouettes and clean lines, those more desirable by a range of body types and a little more timeless… And they recently also added super cute block heel sandals and their own version of the popular bucket bag to the menu! What do you think about the idea? Innovative or not as special as a traditional bespoke piece?
Great post love it!!! Xoxo
