Overheard at Fashion Week #2

There should be a rule that you can’t make people wait longer than the actual time of the show.
“Tomorrow is my heels day.”
“His pieces are absurdly expensive. It’s insane, $10,000?!…. But people have to have it, they always sell out.”
I remember that last season during LFW I overheard from a street-style photographer explaining to another photographer, who was wondering who’s that ‘yet another celebrity’, that “British celebrities are either children of rich people or rockstars.” Funny but true haha

that sounds fair! :)

Very true, I would say!
I agree with the waiting aspect….it then means delays for the other shows as well..;(

I love this segment!
haha le premier commentaire est trop drôle mais en fait, c’est vrai…! Surtout par respect pour les personnes qui sont là à l’heure!

I totally agree with that first quote. You should never have to wait more than 20mins in the rain/snow/gale force winds etc.

The “fashionably late” rule (it is a rule) of these weeks is just unbearable…
“His pieces are absurdly expensive. It’s insane, $10,000?!…. But people have to have it, they always sell out.” – HAHAHA, I love when people use the words “have to” inappropriately :) Nobody “has to have” a designer piece that expensive. I mean, really :)
