I’m in love with my new fragrance. I now live in perpetual fear that I’ll be that person who walks around in a huge whiff of perfume, but I just can’t get enough…
So I spray it again.
It’s Oud Saphir by Atelier Cologne, a unisex scent that definitely has some masculine notes. The key ingredient, though, is the oud. They pressed it with flavored ranging from Birchwood to Sichuan, and yet the fragrance has a distinctly French personality – authentic, straightforward, but not overpowering. There’s never been a more morish perfume.
And I have a not-so-secret love for anything bespoke or personalized, so I’m a little in love with the engraving. (They have the service at all of their stores.) So, hands off!!

Since I know them I’m addict to Sama perfumes ! Do you know them ? I love “Oudh Jasmin” for winter and “Lily Fiori” on summer. Organic… Magic.
Because of wild and over-harvesting of its resin (oudh), aquilaria tree is now very threatened… Some perfumers are sensible to this issue and buy it in sustainable plantations.
J’ai toujours été fan du CK ONE! J’ai toujours eu du mal à m’en séparer. Le pire!!! Mon mec me le pique!

Je trouve le flacon magnifique! J’en ai trois: “Un jardin après la mousson” d’Hermès, je le met dès qu’il fait chaud! “Blooming bouquet” de Dior pour tous les jours et “Miss Dior” en soirée!
Donc plutôt du discrêt ^^

I always bust out my prettiest, most feminine floral fragrances this time of year. Right now I’m loving L’Artisan’s L’ Été en Douce and La Chasse aux Papillons Extrême.

Moi c’est For Her de Narciso Rodriguez l’hiver, Beach de Bobby Brown l’été, puis Goutte de Rose de Cartier, un peu toute l’année… Sinon pour les mois de soleil, juste l’odeur de la crème solaire ou de l’après-soleil, c’est léger et très bien!!

Très joli et chic le nom grave. Comme dans “l’ancien temps” ! Je n’aime plus les parfums et eaux de toilettes proposes aujourd’hui : trop synthétique, trop poussif a la consommation…trop de fragrances tuent la rareté du jus. Mais ceci dit je porte depuis 1 an LE parfum de Madame Linda Rodin : Bis et j’adooore ! Tres subtil. Classieux et le chic d’une autre époque. Sa maman l’a inspirée que crois. En tout cas une merveille.

En tant que gérante d’une “petite” mais magnifique ???? parfumerie de niche c’est très difficile de choisir pour moi “la” fragrance idéale. Je ne parfume jamais à la boutique afin d’être neutre pour accueillir mes clientes et clients. Connaître et conseiller les fragrances est passionnant! Le soir après le travail je porte quelques gouttes de Good girl gone bad par Calice becker chez Kilian ou Armani Prive Rose Alexendrie et cette rose délicieuse noyée dans les agrumes et rehaussée d’une touche de miel un délice et enfin rodin bis juste sur le poignet car je suis conquise par la classe de ce parfum presque Chypré. Enfin le we dans les cheveux de temps en temps escale à Portofino . Bref vive mon métier et ma passion et les créateurs !

I adore perfume and try to test both classics and some of the newcomers. Chanel 5 is definitely my favourite as I always must have some stock on my shelf. During the spring and summer I tend to use green, intoxicating fragrances. Currently my favourites are Anja Rubik Original and Annick Goutal Ninfeo Mio.
The engraving looks sooo chic! Unfortunately Oud and I don’t get along;)
J’aime beaucoup l’idée de l’emballage personnalisé, c’est très chic sans pour autant être trop ostentatoire.
I’m obsessed with Frederic Malle’s Musc Ravageur. Can’t wait to try this one!
c’est amusant je viens juste de craquer pour un parfum de chez Atelier Cologne “Cédrat enivrant” et je suis complètement accro aussi. Ils doivent mettre quelque chose dedans ! je change régulièrement car pour moi un parfum est lié à un moment donné, une humeur, un instant…et son odeur fixe ces instants à jamais.

Depuis 20 ans je porte le même que j’alterne cependant avec un ou deux autres qui fixent effectivement une période de ma vie… ainsi que des bases vanille quand l’envie s’en fait sentir dans la journée. Ce parfum fidèle me caractérise parait-il : l’heure bleue de Guerlain. Happy WE !
J’ai offert un parfum de l’atelier Cologne à mon fils. J’adore ce parfumeur. Moi en ce moment je porte D-S & Durga (parfumeur de Brooklyn) !

What a beautiful packaging, I bet it smells equally amazing! I am really loving the perfumes from Serge Lutens. I have been using his Un Bois Vanille for several years, but I decided to switch it up this time and I bought Chergui and it smells like summer time in the desserts of Morocco. I am really loving this new scent!
I discovered Atelier Colognes at NOSE in Paris, and thought I’d found a unique “only available in Paris” scent – the Orange Sanguine which is a perfect summer scent. I was back a week, meeting a friend at his new NoLIta apartment which was right next door to…Atelier Colognes boutique! Then I spotted it at Sephora. Merde. I now have about a half dozen of their fragrances and I love them all. Gold Leather is delicious.
I cheat on my perfume all the time!I’m a perfume “bitch” I never in my entire and quite short life bought the same perfume twice!so the day I meet “him” I will know!
Anyway, right now I love the Figo d Amalfi from acqua Di Parma for summer and Bal d ‘afrique from Byredo!

My current faves are Tom Ford Black Orchid and Narciso by Narciso Rodriguez, but I rotate regularly. I am also currently trying to use up the dregs of my second bottle of Stella EDP; it’s a fragrance that I always like to have the option of using.
Le mien c’est Oud for Love de The Different Company, complètement français pour le coup! une copine l’adorait sur moi, mais il tournait sur elle, alors je ne l’ai jamais senti sur personne d’autre! ça me va très bien…
