I really like interviews like that and I like Into the gloss.

Finnally on ITG!! :)
I read this interview, it’s so interesting! Congratulations!!

Bises,
C.

I love Into the Gloss – and top shelf is my favorite section. It was such a nice surprise to see you pop up on it. Your hair is looking really great, too. Very chic and casually tousled.
xx G.
Your hair looks great! As do you.
I found the following line so powerful: “My mornings used to be a celebration of life and now it’s like, ‘Ok…’ ” This is the thing about N. America, as you say, you are so aware of nutrition here. However, you have inspired me to celebrate each morning with that statement, it’s about attitude, and sometimes food is about attitude, and yes, food is a celebration of life and life celebrates food, as they both should. So eat your croissants!!!!!
I will smile tomorrow morning as I eat and think of you…and please, make your mornings a celebration of life again Garance!
I love ITG blog and the feature “Top Shelf” is one of my favorite! It is so cool to know more about your beauty routine;) I have a question, via EMily site I have leaned you have been interviewed for the new foodie magazine “Cherry Bomb”, will you share the article with us?
A lovely interview….really nice to read that you don’t list tonnes of stuff (mostly expensive) like others list in interviews. As always you ‘keep it real’ which makes it enjoyable. :-)
Excellent interview. You are giving me Emmanuelle Alt in your picture. Lovely!
Garance, you can eat whatever you want for breakfast. :)
I never have enough of make-up ideas:)
thanks for sharing

Je file lire ça !
xx.
your hair looks so nice, I hope you are still happy with it?
But it made me sad to read about your tartine, would you still have it if you were in Paris? don’t let those crazy americans get to you!
You’ve matured into a real traffic stopper, G.
btw oatmeal shall make you fat. Oat bran, however, is another story. Knock yourself out on it. Shovel it onto Scott’s breakfasts, too.
I’d love to ramble trough your beauty shelves since you always present some interesting products :)!

Thanks for sharing this. I love the jacket you’re wearing. Who makes it?
I saw it and i looooved it!!

Garance I was SO happy when I saw your Top Shelf interview! You are a perfect goddess–by which I mean, imperfect godess–because who would want a perfectista in the pantheon?
One thing that troubles me. There seems to be some hubbub in the ITG comments over there, about Scott and your diet and whether you’re “allowed” to have toast and jam in the morning anymore, and how he is a big body-image bully who has ruined your joie de vivre. All of which is nuts, I’m sure, so I wish you’d address it openly sometime and put it to rest. It’s just that a lot of readers have noticed that you’ve become more New Yorkerly about nutrition-consciousness and fitness and whatnot after your move to NYC–which I think is totally natural, and something we all deal with one way or another–I just don’t think they all have the right idea. All the concern comes from a place of love and protectiveness for you, Garance, but however it really is, you’re a big girl and Scott’s not a bully (and even if he were, it’s none of our business), so… just a heads up to you on that./
XO – magpie
PS. I know you might just want to ignore it all, like most celebrities do about the crazy gossip you get–and if that’s what you decide then totes fair. But I don’t know, it seems like you genuinely love engaging with us, your fans, crazy or no. Since their ignoring the tabloids doesn’t seem to make it stop, maybe talking about your reader misconceptions on your blog will. <3
