Micoli

Recently, I started riding my bike to work. I thought I would be very cool and nonchalant about it. A great way to commute and exercise at the same time!
The first day was not so cool. After severely miscalculating the time it would take me to ride from Brooklyn to Soho, I walked into my office 30 minutes late, dripping in sweat, and carrying a helmet and stressing about possibly having spilled the contents of my purse onto the street.
Luckily, that same day I met my friend Catherine, who was visiting New York from Florence, for a coffee. She’s the designer of Micoli, a very chic and well-crafted line of hands-free bags. Her bags are literally made for a woman on the move. As a former dancer, Catherine wanted to design bags that facilitate movement, grace, and ease for the wearer.
And she succeeded. It’s the perfect, chic, little bag for me to wear on my bike, but also in my day to day life. Working on set, going to a party, etc. I wear mine across my body, like a sling. She’s solved at least one of my biking problems!
You can check out Micoli bags for yourself right here!
Okaaay… the price….and CROCODILE? are these just for making the bags???
