Dance!

The fashion story I wanted to share with you for January, as it turns out, is not really a fashion story at all. It’s more of a mood. Oh, January! Presumably, it’s a month of renewal. But for me, it always takes a little while to slough off the old skin and get inspired, particularly when it comes to clothes. I told you guys last time, but my outfits tend to get a little boring in the winter. It’s just too cold! When it comes to “new year, new me,” I don’t really want to makeover my style, I want to make over my spirit. And that’s what led me to the theme of this story, dance!
I was a dancer for 20 plus years of my life, and I really loved it. These days, I really love dancing out at a bar with my friends, or by myself in the mirror. Emily, our beyond gorgeous model, is a retired ballerina–now, she studies at Columbia. But, we could all tell by watching her during our shoot just how happy it made her to MOVE. Even if you hate dancing or can’t dance at all, movement, in all of it’s forms, can be a path to self-discovery, and that’s the idea we wanted to share with you here.

Exquisite. Just the right video length. The model comes across charismatic and the way she’s filmed brings out the lightness in her movements. Bravo!
Cool video with beautiful backlight. But also reminds me of how shitty NYC is with all the scaffolding.
Gorgeous shoot.
Danser sur les rythmes de la batterie dans les rues de New York ? (Un petit cote West Side Story.)
L’ancienne danseuse (amatrice) que je suis adore ce post et les photos sont toujours aussi belles.
Standing Ovation !!! *_*
She is exquisite.
C’est très très beau! Bravo!
