The Trend: The lavallière neck tie
How I would wear it: I love how this super classic accent looks dressed up or down. It’s so versatile, I would wear it with jeans or even an elegant skirt…
The best looks: From left to right; Jason Wu, Ryan Roche, CG, Trademark, Gucci.

I just love that detail but unfortunately, it doesn’t look good on me; too much bourgeois
The Jason Wu look on the left is amazing
Totally agree with you!

Sometimes I wear scarfs like this and then I suddenly can understand the trouble men go through not to spill soup on their ties during lunch haha
Pretty! The link to “more spring trends” doesn’t work, it shows the same picture.
I dig it. It’s like a giant ascot.

Nothing to do with this but I think it would be nice, since you know Morgan Bogle from Freedom of Animals, to somehow share (maybe on instagram?) about her pup Sugar who went missing this Monday.Morgan is desperately looking for her girl and I’m so sorry for both of them:

Thank you for reading.
Love this trend!

I’m loving the neck tie look! I think it’s going to become a big trend, especially in Summer. Loose-fitted, light, and breezy neck ties for days.

Wow that first look just convinced me to give this trend another shot! I think my prior mistake was that I wasn’t going long or wide enough, heheh.

Great collection!

J’adore!

I would love a sleeveless silk top with the lavaliere knot in black or white! I imagine wearing it with high waisted jeans and heeled sandals for a night out :)

I’ve always been a fan of the neck tie trend

think about pure silk blouses with neck tie, cool!!
