Morgane is that Parisian girl – you know the one who feigns not being naturally chic, whether she knows or not. She dresses in jeans, Isabel and vintage, and always wears flats, except when a certain pair of leather pants calls for pumps… leopard ones.
Oh, and did I mention she works for Vogue Paris? Or that her apartment overlooks Café de Flore? And that she’s also so welcoming and played the best music? Right. So, the cool factor is basically out of control.
That’s why we couldn’t wait for you to meet her and fall in love just as fast as we did… Here are the photos!
1. Describe your style in three words.
Comfortable, timeless, very Parisian style
2. You wear jeans a lot, do you have a favorite pair?
A french brand named Acquaverde
3. And the one item in your wardrobe you love the most right now?
A new bag I bought in Tulum a few weeks ago, but I can wait to wear it (it’s more a summer bag)…
4. Your favorite accessory?
My Gucci bag with fringe.
5. Do you wear a lot of jewelry?
Not really but when I do I just wear earrings from Pristine and my wedding ring. (I got married in September!)
6. How does being an editor influence your personal style?
Being an editor has, over time, made me feel comfortable in my look. I feel it’s a quality you need as an editor, to have your own look and taste, allowing you to look with fresh eyes on all collections presented by those designers with an original point of view.
7. Where do you like to shop?
Le Bon Marché (in Saint Germain, close to my place)!
8. What did you see during fashion week that you can’t wait to wear?
The officer coat from Chloé and the Isabel Marant high-waisted pants.
9. Do you have a signature look?
Slippers and shirts!
10. Who is your fashion muse?
I don’t have a specific muse, but I have been inspired since I was a child by the members of my creative family!
Look 1: fringe jacket, vintage; white jeans, Acquaverde; screw you flats, Stubbs & Wootton / Look 2: leather pants, Isabel Marant; leopard heels Gianvito Rossi / Look 3: denim shirt and jeans, vintage / Look 4: skirt, Isabel Marant; shirt, Bruno Rubinski; sandals, K Jacques.

J’aime son style simple et affirmé!
Christine
More Parisians, please ;)
She’s so impossibly cool! I can read thousands of those posts about Parisians and they never get old!

Love her style and playlist ! I’m having Christine & the Queens on repeat every day (she has a great style sense too btw)
I don’t understand “slippers and shirts” What does that mean??
Wow, Truly Unique style. We love how you stick to your own look.

Ces escarpins! Trop beaux.
This is the life I want to live. Though she must have a super rich family. Apartment overlooking the cafe de floor?!
I like everything about her, the leopard heels, the denim. Who doesn’t want to love near Cafe de Flore? I love these profile posts!

Where can I find the black spiked boots? Thanks!

To me she is very unkempt and sloppily dressed, although I am aware this is considered very cool now, if not to me. I would wear the jeans and denim shirt to paint my house!
impressive!!

She is one COOL girl!
Completement d’accord!
Don’t you always wear your wedding ring? That shouldn’t be a fashion item you occasionally wear.. Well not for me at least
Lovely to see this cheerful style story on such a cold, wet spring day in Stockholm. I love the way you beautifully capture people. Compliments!
