Every time I see Laura, she always looks so chic and composed — even when I ran into her during the chaos of Paris Fashion Week.
We finally had the chance to visit her at her home here in New York to take a few photos…
Laura’s style is a new take on classic Americana. She pairs blue jeans with her super cool sweater and a simple grey tee with her unique patterned coat. Her outfits are always a surprising, modern update on timeless looks.
Laura wears: sweater, Theory; polka dot skirt, Thakoon.
Patterned fur coat, Thakoon; jeans, Acne; bag, Saint Laurent; boots, Prada.
Green sweater, Thakoon; striped shirt, Dries Van Noten; jeans, ReDUN; shoes, Prada.
Brown blazer, Maison Martin Margiela; striped blue shirt, Isabel Marant.
Trop original l’idée de n’avoir qu’une manche sur un gros pull, j’aime beaucoup.
Sinon au lieu de faire mon exposé sur le couronnement de Charlemagne (j’ai la partie sur la vision théologique …) je traîne dans tes archives Garance et c’est génial.

LOL, I got exact the same shoes that I found in the vintage store few months ago, everyone keep asking me is this boots are from Prada and I’m like “wtf, what this is all about?!” – now I know why!
Besides, great story and photos as always, I really love her style and that one sleeve green Thakoon sweater is so chic – I feel inspired to cut one sleeve from my bf’s green sweater and wear it like a crazy! Can’t wait to see his face when I’m gonna rock this style.
The look with the grey sweater and polka dot skirt is amazing – Beautifully proportioned – and not even with heels… I guess it helps that she is really tall
