I spent a few hours at Julia Chaplin’s house the other day — do you remember the photos of her and her daughter Tuesday that I took in Montauk?
Julia is the author of several super inspiring books about the Gypset – and she’s working on another book right now. It’s nice how she was able to bring that relaxed, summery atmosphere to her house in Brooklyn.
Which gave me a few ideas of my own…

I looove this outfit. Is it a dress or a skirt and a top?? Thanks for capturing people with different lifestyles. I’ve been working on updating my humble abodes and this just gave me the perfect idea for my kitchen. Mismatching chairs :) I love it.
Thanks for being awesome G!

OK, so I clicked on the Gypset link. Must get the books so I can visit the little known vacation spots. Venice, CA and Montauk are my favorite places to be but who knows, maybe I’ll discover some new favorites.
I’m in love with the blue and white tie-dyed dress she has on! So pretty for late spring/early summer!

Bisous : http://www.elygypset.fr
