A Perfect Outfit

Don’t laugh– I know we should be wearing tee-shirts by now, but it’s so cold in New York that my idea of a perfect outfit would be to be able to wear a big soft sweater SANS COAT. PINK, TOO.
Here, we don’t talk about the weather, it’s so crazy. Last weekend, one of our only nice weekends, people on the street were so elated I think we might have a baby boom just because of that.

Caroline a raison, l’année dernière à Paris, c’était du grand n’importe quoi la météo, et le printemps n’est d’ailleurs jamais arrivé, on est passé à l’été directement.
Tenez bon !!! (et attention au coup de froid avec ce look sans rien autour du cou – hou la la, on dirait ma mère ….)

On va devoir renoncer au barbecue de printemps ou le faire en pulls, gants et bonnets… La loose totale !!
C’est bizarre, mais j’ai un blocage à sortir comme ça, sans veste. Même s’il fait bon mais un peu frais, je mettrais toujours un tshirt et une petite veste plutôt que juste un gros pull !

C’est a peu pres le pull que je cherche depuis le debut de l’hiver et que je n’ai pas trouve…
Cette photo me donne envie de m’enrouler dans un gros pull moelleux et rose, mais dans le sud de la Floride, ce n’est pas possible…….. (A moins de descendre la clim’ dans les 60’s?) :=))

Je vous plaine tellement pour ça, ici en France il fait 21 donc c’est cool. mais si j’avais ce genre de pull j’aimerais qu’il fasse super froid pour que je puisse le porte car, il est super bien

love it! I am actually wearing a giant sweater today (I live in RI and it’s cold), it even has a detachable scarf. I detached the scarf last week and almost put the sweater away last weekend, but out it came this morning..and the scarf was reattached. I’m very weary of winter. Thanks for the lovely pink color, it hints at Spring.

It is ridiculously cold here in Toronto (Canada), too! The weather is bipolar. One day, it was warm, sunny, breezy.. and the next, it was snowing! It is a wonderful excuse to layer on the knits, and order a second dessert though! ;)

O Garance. . . We had a snowfall warning here yesterday – about 10 cm of the stuff. It’s still here even though temps are jumping to 15C today. I swear, the prairies are a swirly cauldron of heinous weather. A Brit friend of mine has barely been coherent since February. He keeps muttering about “Liverpool” and “daffodils.” Poor man.
As for the sweater – it’s beautiful! I love that shade of pink and I don’t care if it makes me hopelessly girly out here with the rough/rednecks, I’m going to waltz down the street in something completely seasonally inappropriate even if it kills me.
Which it might. But I hear hypothermia isn’t a terrible way to go ;-)
