A Beauty Minute with Corinne
8 years ago by
Morning: Most of my skincare routine happens at night. When I wake, I refresh with the Yon-Ka toner. Maybe I’ll put on the regenerator or Liz Earle. For makeup I use Giorgio Armani foundation as a concealer. I’ll tidy my brows with gel, if I’m not working that’s it. I like to wear light makeup if I’m not taking photos. If I’m doing a show or photoshoot, I’ll use the foundation all over, and NARS eye makeup. I like to keep the natural tone in my lips, sometimes we’ll do a bit of lip liner as lipstick, to enhance the tone.
Day: I always have lip balm by Carmex, I like this hand cream by Rodin called Crema, there’s a mandarin one that’s nice. MAC has a good concealer.
Night: To take off my make-up, Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish. Yon-Ka toner and Liz Earle Superskin moisturizer or Yon-Ka HYDRA N°1 CREAM. You put on the Liz Earle cream then wipe it off with a muslin cloth, it takes off the make-up and exfoliates the skin. One or twice a week I use Gommage, a mask by Yon-Ka, it really cleans your skin.
Beautiful!!
Request please!! : I would love to see a post or two like this for women over 50 or 60 — if they have great skin at that age, that’s what I really want to know about! And their make up too, what they use to look fresh and not overly done. Daytime/Nighttime? I bet you know many!! Pleeeeeease!!
yes! i’ve said it many times here: if the girls are young, they’re pretty even bare faced… :)

I Loved!!! Once ago I commented here saying that I am brazilian and I was tired of seeing just blonde, white girls. I LOVED to see Corinne and would be amazing to know more about her hair routine, since a lot of girls is transitioning and have no idea about how you take care of your natural hair.. In Brazil we have some blogs that do some posts like beauty minute but is deeper, they ask the girls about nails, hair, face skin and body skin, winter and summer and those kind of stuff. It is amazing, you should do sth like this
J’aime bien ces interviews, ça permet de découvrir de nouvelles marques qu’on ne connait pas forcément ici en france.
She is really lovely. So glad to have discovered her on this blog a while back. Bring her back often!
And I agree with Mary about a beauty minute with some older women. When you’re 40 or 45, it’s a little late to start adjusting your routine to keep your skin great. That kind of thing should start much younger. So who looks great and how did they do it?
She looks so wonderful, it must work!
