A love letter to backstage catering.
There is a lot of good food floating around backstage during fashion week (yeah, fashion people eat despite what you may think @youdidnoteatthat) and this season, Erik and I came across the holy grail of craft services backstage at Victoria Beckham.
A seriously solid spread (jams as far as the eye could see, butter balls, a mountain of pastries and a barista) from Cipriani– so good that no one was leaving that show on an empty stomach. I’ll take a reservation for two next season, please.

Petit-déj’ ultra-classique… Ces gens-là ne mangent tellement plus “normalement” (sans se prendre le chou ni restriction) que le moindre truc banal devient un événement.
Oh wow, de la confiture! Je ne sais pas pour le monde de la mode, mais personnellement mes collèges et moi, c’est assez ‘normal’ de manger correctement au travail. Remarque, personne ne veut un médecin en pleine crise d’hypoglycémie incapable de ce concentrer sur une possible tumeur.
