We can’t go on talking about fall fashion without calling out one of the best parts of the whole thing: new bags.
I can definitely blame back to school nostalgia for my always being on the hunt for a new handbag in the fall. At the Studio, we looked everywhere to find some of our favorites for the season (and a classic with an irresistible color thrown into the mix).
These are the bags we are willing to invest in – or just dream about : Proenza Schouler, Rochas, Mansur Gavriel, Céline, and Balenciaga.

Mon sac de la rentree est un sac bleu achete chez Zara a Miami.
Pour moi ce sera “Edouard” de Jérome DREYFUSS. la taille parfaite, le cuir ou la peau (c’est selon) comme j’aime… reste plus qu’à sacrifier 3 mois de vie sociale et c’est bon ;-)
Son des tres beeaux sacs (pardon mon francais!) mais je trouve trop beaux meme le sacs de Versace!

Agrrrr cette histoire de sac…. Ils valent un bras maintenant (et si tu n’as plus bras, tu ne peux plus porter ton sac !!) alors il faut bien réfléchir et le temps que tu réfléchisses, hop, un autre est sorti qui te plaît bien, alors il faut re-réfléchir. Par exemple le classic de Céline, depuis qu’il est sorti il me fait de l’oeil et pourtant je ne l’ai toujours pas (car j’en ai un vintage… le même. Je lui ai retiré sa boucle rococo et peint en noir les 3 autres boucles de la bandoulière qui est elle plus courte que la version actuelle. Bref), maintenant j’hésite entre le lulu de Saint-Laurent (depuis l’année dernière, j’hésite, hein) et toujours le Céline. Bon entre temps j’ai quand même acheté le ps11 et le boy de Chanel, alors on ne peut pas tout avoir. Tout ça pour dire que c’est compliqué :-)

J’ai convoité pendant des semaines le modèle Athena de Clio Goldbrenner, une jeune créatrice belge. Il fait pochette, besace et sac a épaule court, grâce a la chainette ajustable. Et on peut y mettre la moitié de sa vie ;-) Un vrai bonheur, chic et rock en même temps !

Pour moi, la rentrée est synonyme de mon anniv. Alors TOUS les depuis … Oupsss longtemps, je m’offre un nouveau sac à main. Cette année j’ai été très raisonnable c’est un “Michael Kors” très classique, noir, pas trop cher mais élégant et so … pratique pour aller au bureau ! Je l’adore jusqu’au prochain coup de foudre !

I snapped up a leather version of the classic Longchamp Le Pliage bag in the softest, rich chocolate brown. And like all their Le Pliage bags it folds up for travel. Perfect size, perfect color, and it comes with a shoulder strap. I also found a black leather rectangle with a flap covered in silver pailettes at Antik Batik for when I feel slightly bad-ass.
Not expensive, but really love them are the Baggu leather totes. I have one in black and mahogany. Always get compliments. Oh yeah, you can fit a laptop, or more importantly, a bottle of wine in them! xx

I am currently carrying a Michael Kors bag. The Hamilton style. I have a woven one for Summer and a chocolate leather style for Fall/Winter. Both gifts from my parents and I love them!
Kors has a big black bag with gold grommets or a navy with black, those are on my wish list!
