You remember Lolita ?
We’ve run into each other a few times in the past in New York and Paris and every time, I just love her style. It’s so personable, so Parisian. It so often just takes your focus to a small detail and silhouette, like these Roger Vivier ballet flats with a simple jacket and reeeeeally long legs.
So I told her this post would put a smile on Inès De La Fressange‘s face who never takes her Roger Vivier’s off and she said sure hopes so: Inès is one of her biggest inspirations.
There you have it… All we have to do now is get the two to meet!

I remember being thrilled to see my girl crush/ style icon Ines de la Fressange at the Chloe show, looking so sleek and sexy among the preening peacocks in a tight navy (black?) open Lacoste polo with skinny marigold jeans, flat black sandals, an armful of plain gold bangles and that megawatt smile! Easy perfection! (I must have shot a dozen photos of her!)

Mais comment faire quand on a grosso modo la même silhouette, sauf que debout (tu regardes la photo de loin, en floutant et tu imagines que les jambes sont droites… ouaip…) ???
Je me demande si des Roger Vivier ne rattraperaient pas le coup, ce sont des shoes magiques.

Moi je viens de craquer pour ma deuxième paire de RV ! Ces shoes so class font toute la différence !
Can’t get over this look. Her legs are super long and skinny, feet are very narrow, which make the shoes work.
Googled this shoe online, and 90% people don’t have the slenderness to pull these flats off. Shoes need to fit the shape of feet, too.
