Always and for ever Diane Von Furstenberg : rien de nouveau sous le soleil mais une intemporalité féminine inégalable…
Et pour le côté “jet-set” j’ai “observé les collections de The Row de Mary Kate et Ashley et de Melle Holmes & Yang et force est de constater qu’elles ont vraiment quelque chose…
Et je suis également tombé amoureuse de la collection Victoria de Victoria Beckham : tout est portable ! Mais Marc Jacobs et Alexander Wang restent de vrais showmen, (avec le défilé dans le sable de Hilfinger je crois ?), j’attends de voir leurs collections plus “osées” à Paris chez Louis Vuitton et Balenciaga…
To next year !
J’ai beaucoup aimé Altuzarra et le travail sur les matières chez Calvin Klein. Quelques silhouettes de ci de là, mais sinon j’ai trouvé l’ensemble très décevant.

I loved 3.1 Phillip Lim, Altuzarra, Reed Krakoff, Creatures of the Wind, Narcisco Rodriguez, Rag&Bone and many more… my absolute favorite this time was Phillip Lim! xxx
I think I just liked being occupied with my time in a more stylish manner. Of course, I just liked to keep refreshing this blog!

My faves were the Rag&Bone, J. Crew and J.Mendel collections. I also enjoyed Nanette Lepore and DVF: timeless style. The sabana inspired dress that Diane herself wore at the show can get out of my mind. As a south american ;) i love what Alexand Herchcovitch did, i think he truly deserves more attention. Fave accesories? The little bags with pearls straps at Thakoon and the gladiator sandals at the Derek Lam shoes. Looking forward to know your hightlights dear Garance!

j’en ai aimé beaucoup mais j.ai té agreablement suprise par Tommy Hilfiger et Ralph Lauren. Aussi je piquerais bien tout les accessoires chez Philip Lim. J’ai hâte de lire votre compte rendu!

My favorites? Many! But for sure Zac Posen (dreamy collection), Altuzarra and Christian Siriano.
I have never been particularly interested in Tommy Hilfiger, like at all, too many bad memories from mean boys in school wearing Tommy polo shirts in yellow and red, BUT I really liked this collection! Those sporty little dresses were really fun, there were some great jackets, and I loved the colors. Also agree, Narcisco was great for dreaming about, and Creatures of the Wind had some great outfits I could see myself wearing in real life.
Phillip Lim and J.Crew for sure. Looking forward to your coverage.

Have to say I also loved J.Crew. I have been a customer for ages and it’s nice to see them returning to their “classic with a twist” style. I also loved Lela Rose. Her clothes are so pretty and the fabrics and tailoring are just gorgeous. While I always love DVF, I’ve found the last few seasons that I’m disappointed how her clothes turn out in production. Anyone else feel this way? Love The Row and Proenza Schoueler always.

Moins impressionnant mais un chouchou depuis pas mal de temps : Organic by John Patrick.
Des étudiants de la Parsons School vraiment passionnants.
Fascinée par la combi-bermuda chic de Rachel Roy.
Idée à piquer à Wes Gordon : pour porter une jupe à dentelle transparente, rentrer une chemise très longue.
Ah oui : ET OVERDOSE DE BLANC. franchement beaucoup trop. L’été prochain, je mets ma main au feu qu’on ne verra plus de blanc parce que là c’était clinique.
Parmi les RARES imprimés intéressants, j’ai adoré le mix dentelle et tartan de Jen Kao.
Rodarte et Marc Jacobs : je dirai hideux au premier abord, mais à laisser mijoter le temps de voir.

Loved Wes’ Gordon sheer and lace pieces, Dion’s Lee futuristic fabrics, Narciso Rodriguez’s minimalism (always a classic) and Delpozo’s dramatic volumes! But I think there are lots more treasures there to discover ;)
