Une jolie rétrospective ! De mon côté, beaucoup de défilés m’ont plu, j’ai bien du mal à choisir.
Natalia Vodianova… je suis ravie de la voir en interview vidéo. C’est amusant, pour l’instant, il me semble que les fois où je la croise, c’est surtout sur du papier ou dans un défilé. Alors merci !
Quant à ton sens de l’humour, heureusement, il est là.. plus que jamais.

En voyant les images des tuileries je viens juste de me souvenir que je t’ai vu a cet endroit même il y a environ 3 ans avec Scott pendant la fashion week! A l’époque je suivais ton site comme j’en suivais tant d’autres, mais je dois t’avouer que contrairement aux autres blogs j’adore comment tu as développé garancedore.fr depuis, avec ces vidéos je vois à quel point tu es terre à terre et rigolote. Je regrette tellement de n’avoir pas eu le courage de venir te dire bonjour à l’époque! Si jamais il y a une prochaine fois je te remercierai de nous permettre de voir l’industrie de la mode d’un peu plus près!

Before this video, I had never quite come around to Pardon My French. I love your written blog content and pictures, but I never quite saw what video added. But this is FABULOUS. Your intelligence really shines, and I think the voiceover gives you an opportunity to be more sensitive and reflective. Natalia is beautiful too. It feels much more like a little film than your other videos. It’s also a great followup to your long post on fur. I feel like you’re really adding something to the conversation about fashion, challenging certain assumptions, but always out of a place of such deep love! Brava!

Great video, et belle idée de revenir, une fois la folie retombée, sur la fashion week… A force d’anticiper les saisons, on oublie presque d’y réfléchir vraiment. J’aurais aimé plus de fashion souvenirs “alternatifs”… mais les paillettes dans tes yeux pour évoquer les “Grands”, Dior, Chanel, ça montre aussi que tu es toujours émerveillée, jamais blasée! Et ca fait tellement plausir à voir.
Sinon, rien à voir, mais c’est QUOI cette veste/manteau que tu portes tout le temps, avec le col bi-matière?? Superbe!

A chaque que je vois sur mon newsfeed Bloglovin’ un nouveau Pardon My French, je ne peux m’empêcher d’être toute excitée ! Et là encore une fois je ne suis pas déçue ! Je trouve que c’est bien que tu aies laissé décanter un peu avant de nous parler de la FW, je crois que parfois il est nécessaire de faire comme ça pour voir les choses plus clairement, surtout avec la tempête Nemo créée par Suzy Menkes et son article.
La vidéo est remplie d’émotions et j’apprécie énormément cela, tu donnes envie à des gens comme moi, de faire ce que tu fais : bloggueuse. Il y a quelque temps j’aurais dit journaliste mais non en fait. Décidément bloggueuse me tente de plus en plus même si à ce que je comprends la route est longue et ardue !
J’attends avec impatience l’interview de Dries Van Noten. Et question verra-t-on plus de ton interview de Natalia Vodianova.

De toutes les vidéos PMF que tu a pu poster, celle ci me semble être la plus sincère, ou tout du moins celle qui me parle le plus.
Ce recul que tu prends avec la mode est très intéressant, et tout au long de cet épisode, je me suis reconnue dans chacun de tes propos. Après une dure journée, ça a un effet apaisant !

Je ne suis pas habituée à laisser des commentaires sur ton blog (ni sur aucun autre blog d’ailleurs) et pourtant je le visite chaque jour et je regarde chacune des vidéos Pardon My French. J’adore ton style et la façon dont tu considères la mode mais je déplore le fait que tu ne partages pas assez, selon moi, tes critiques sur les shows et notamment tes critiques négatives, qui, je suis sûre, doivent être également nombreuses et intéressantes. Ainsi, parfois j’aimerais en savoir plus sur ce qui t’as plu dans tel show et aussi et surtout ce qui t’as déplu et pourquoi. Autrement dit, un approfondissement de ces défilés.
Voilà, les critiques sont toujours constructives ! En tout cas continue comme ça, tu tiens le blog mode le plus intéressant de toute la blogo !

Ah Garance… I have an opportunity to work for a designer (not saying names) upon graduation in May, and I was always sceptical about whether I should take it and go down that road or not… The superficial, fake and (sorry, but plain bitchy), people always acted as a wall for me into wanting to make fashion my profession.
But then I watch your videos, and it makes me so happy to see you and your team who are now at the heart of the fashion world, recognise the importance of the simple things- like having a good, and even silly time along the way.
You have really proven to me that what I want to do can be done. That is, have a great love and passion for fashion while still remaining true to myself and my ideologies.
