I have come across a few beauty tricks and practices in my time that were real game changers.
One of them was tinting my eyelashes last summer. It was something I had been thinking about doing for a while and when I finally did it, I couldn’t believe I’d waited so long. Not only did it make them look longer because the tips were darker, but it was also unbelievably nice to not have mascara flaking off or running down my face in the insane NYC summer heat. One of my good friends also gets her eyebrows tinted and as a natural blonde, having slightly darker eyebrows literally transformed her face. I can’t recommend tinting enough.

Having my eyebrows shaped and maintained by a professional. Wish I had done this year’s ago! Master Mixer, Uncover Up for concealer and foundation (best with the foundation brush) – all by RMS. Total game changers.

In the mornings I rinse my face with cold water and apply this to moist skin.
It evens out my skin tone to a smooth and glowing complexion in one swift application.
How great is that! And I know my face is well protected for the rest of the day.
J’arrive bien à épiler les sourcils. Une petite séance tous les 10 jours avec la pince à épiler, et c’est fait en 5 minutes. Le secret, c’est de ne pas le faire tous les jours, sinon on en enlève trop.
Ils sont assez clairs, châtains, et je n’ai pas le temps chaque matin de bien les dessiner, alors chaque 3-4 semaines, je les teins en brun. C’est hyper facile, le flacon coûte env. 15 $ pour une 10aine d’applications. Je pourrais bien sûr aller chez l’esthéticienne, mais si je peux le faire moi-même, je préfère garder l’argent pour autre chose et ça me prend moins de temps – je dois aller en ville pour voir une esthéticienne.
Par contre, je ne teins pas les cils, le mascara va bien

I concur about the Korean skin care products. I especially like the Missha Time Revolution serum and the Innisfree Green Tea Serum for lightweight effective moisture. I also love the Hada Labo line from Japan. The Asian market has an obsession with clear, wrinkle-free supple skin, even more so than the American culture. They are doing a great job of producing affordable yet effective skin care
Totally with you! I want to dig deeper into the Korean skin care game since I feel it’d be a game changer for me, For now I only use face masks by The Face Shop and loving it. Game changers for me: Oils on my heads for long curly hair to be moist!
