I woke up like this
10 years ago by
At least I think this is how I look in the morning…
The beauty look at Phillip Lim was all about the how the morning light hits your skin as you wake up – think warm, not bronzed. Francelle Daly was the master behind that just out of bed look and here is how she did it:
Start with some tinted moisturizer to keep things dewey, a little concealer where needed and set it all with a light reflecting powder. Apply a pinky blush (try New Order) on the temples and on the cheekbones. Sandwich that pink color with a peach toned blush (be on the look out for a new Dual-Intensity blush range from NARS come spring) on the top at bottom to add some extra glow. Use that same peach blush on your eyelids, a few swipes of mascara and a little bit of gloss (try Born This Way).
You can keep your bed head.
LOVES !
totally feeling this less- is- more/natural/not perfect beauty look….also appreciate seeing skin and glow and more transparency in the foundation

Gorgeous look!! Any recs for the light-reflecting powder (that is not too glittery and doesn’t make you look like you are wearing fairy dust)?
Thanks!

Is there a peach blush you recommend?
Hi Charlie! If you want a cream blush, try Kjaer Weis Cream Blush in Joyful. I also like Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Captivating!
