Bye Bye Blues

How often do you find yourself complaining? Probably not too often, you might think. Well that is until you cut out all complaining, and then you realize how often you do it!
I’m not sure what I am going to get out of it – maybe a more positive outlook on life or just a general self-awareness, but for the month of June, I am committing to 30 days of no complaining.
Why? Because why not… no one enjoys being around a negative Nancy. It’s time to start thinking positively. I will even document my daily experiences and come back to you the first day of July with the results.

Moi je te soutiens à 100% ! Un jour j’en ai eu marre d’entendre râler et j’ai décider que ça commencerait par moi. Je dis pas que je ne râle jamais, Mais j’essaie de toujours voir le positif. Allez je m’engage à ne pas râler pendant trente jours moi aussi ! Truc de ouf !
Yes! I did this a few months ago – no complaining or criticizing for about a month! It was challenging at first and made me very aware of how many negative thoughts I was having. Then it got easier and felt like breaking a bad habit! It feels so much nicer not to complain and not to listen to others complaints. Now it’s just natural to keep things positive and when I feel a complaint popping up I dial it down.
