What a perfect day! I’ve loved all the photos I’ve seen of the show (especially Ines de la Fressange, my idol!) And you were so lucky to see all the fountains on – that didn’t happen until my 3rd trip to Versailles, this past October.

Ben oui, moi aussi j’avoue un crush sur Vanessa… peut-être parce qu’elle est si jolie sans mesurer 1m80 ou avoir 20 ans, peut-être parce qu’elle fait partie de notre histoire depuis tellement longtemps qu’on a l’impression que c’est une vieille copine, probablement parce qu’elle a dompté le plus beau des fauves de la planète, surement parce qu’elle jongle entre 2 coiffeurs de rêve, John Nollet ici avec elle, et Fred… notre chouchou blogueur.
Mais bon Versailles quoi ! Chanel à Versailles… C’est si chic que j’en tombe en pâmoison.

Oui et toi d’après la photo que j’ai vu sur vogue tu étais en short avec une chemise d’homme, une tenue que j’ai trouvé très américaine, surtout le short qui m’a rappelé une de mes amies du Texas.

In college my friends couldn’t understand why I liked Chanel. They thought it was old lady and could never be anything than old lady. I thought it was old lady too in addition to being timelessly chic, polished, comfortable, extravagant, glamorous, well-crafted and beautiful. I like old lady, I’ll be one eventually, if I’m lucky.
