MZ WALLACE X THE JOSEF AND ANNI ALBERS FOUNDATION

Josef Albers is a man we greatly admire. Not only because of his art, but because he dedicated a large portion of his life to teaching. From starting out as a school teacher, to teaching at the formidable Bauhaus and then finally landing at Yale University, where he championed and developed the graphic arts program.
So when we heard our friends over at MZ Wallace partnered with The Josef & Anni Albers Foundation we were excited to see how they were going to collaborate on a design.
What they landed on was a classic MZ Wallace Metro Tote with the addition of Josef Albers quotes about teaching printed on it in the iconic typeface developed by Josef Albers during his time at the famed Bauhaus school of design.

100% of the net proceeds of this collaboration support the educational efforts of Le Korsa, a non-profit organization that works directly with dedicated doctors, teachers, artists and students in Senegal to improve human lives.
